K2 AI Coder — Terms of Service

These terms apply to K2 AI Coder services sold at k2code.dev by K2 Ideas Inc., 8426 Clint Drive, Suite 110, Belton, Missouri 64012 ("K2", "we"). By completing a purchase you agree to them.

1. What you are buying

You buy processing hours for K2 AI Coder at the Standard or Pro tier. One hour is 60 minutes of processing time. Prices are shown on the purchase page at the time you buy. Our prices follow the cost of GPU hardware and computing capacity, which changes over time, so you should expect prices to change. A price change never affects hours you have already bought. Payment is by card, processed by Stripe; K2 does not see or store your card number.

2. Hours expire after 12 months

Each purchase is valid for 12 months from its purchase date. Hours not used within that time expire. Hours credited back under section 4 are added to the purchase they came from and keep its expiry date.

3. All purchases are final

Purchases are non-refundable. Unused or expired hours are not refunded or exchanged for cash.

4. When K2 fails to deliver

If a job fails because of a fault on K2's side and you do not receive the results you paid for, we will credit the hours used by that job back to the purchase it was charged to. This is your remedy for a failed job. Contact us within 30 days of the job.

5. Your code

You keep all rights to the code you upload. You must have the right to upload it. Your code is processed only on K2-run servers and is never sent to a third-party AI service or used to train any AI model. Uploaded source code is securely wiped after processing, and in all cases within 30 days. A Data Destruction Certificate is emailed when your results are deleted — by you, or automatically after 30 days. Uploads are received by our gateway server in Nuremberg, Germany, and processed on GPU servers in the United States.

6. Results

Results are kept for 30 days after the job finishes, then destroyed. Download anything you want to keep within that time.

7. Regulated data

If your code contains data subject to HIPAA, GDPR, or similar rules and you need a signed BAA or DPA, contact us before uploading.

8. No warranty

Results are generated by AI and may contain errors. Review them before relying on them. The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind beyond those in these terms.

9. Limit of liability

K2's total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the hours involved in that claim.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in effect when you buy applies to that purchase.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri.
